Returns and Refunds – Online Purchases Only

If what you have bought doesn’t fit or doesn’t appear to be quite right for whatever reason, you may return the goods (at your cost) to us for a full refund or exchange providing all of the labels are attached and shoes complete with box and packaging and in a “Brand New Condition” so that we can re-sell them.

You have up to 30 days to return your products. This is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

Faulty Goods – Online Purchases Only

Items that have been worn and are deemed to have a manufacturing fault or defect can be returned at any time within a “reasonable period” for inspection and if deemed to have a fault will be replaced or refunded.
